You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases on WAYgallerySthlm.com.


Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in SEK or EUR and include VAT.
At checkout, the full price including taxes, fees, shipping, and payment costs will be displayed.
We accept the following payment methods: Zettle, Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Apple Pay, Swish, and invoice service.
For orders shipped outside Sweden, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.


Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
You may open the package to inspect the item. If the package appears damaged upon delivery, you must photograph it before opening for the return to be valid.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in undamaged condition.
Always contact us at info@waygallerysthlm.com before returning an item to receive return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the returned item is damaged, the sender is responsible for the return shipping.

Refunds or invoice cancellations will be processed within 30 days from the date we receive the returned item.


Exclusions from Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Limited edition prints (e.g., numbered artworks)

• Customized or personalized products - If a product is made specifically to your request, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling laws.
  
   

Guarantees and Service

If visible damage has occurred prior to delivery, the product may be subject to a claim.
It is important that you photograph the package before opening if you suspect damage.

Privacy Policy

When you place an order with us, you provide personal information. By registering and placing an order, you consent to us storing and using this information to fulfill our agreement with you.

Gift Cards

Gift cards purchased from us are valid for one (1) year from the date of payment and can be used in our online store or physical gallery.
After expiration, the card can no longer be used or reactivated.
Remaining balance on the card will not be refunded.
Gift cards are considered cash equivalents and must be stored safely.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

Shipping

• Sweden: 3–10 business days

• EU: 10–20 business days

• Outside EU: 10–30 business days
   

WAY gallery Sthlm ships art worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Unclaimed Packages

Most shipments are held at your local delivery point for 14 days.
If not collected in time, the shipment is returned to the sender.
Items not picked up at the gallery will be returned to WAY gallery Sthlm after 30 days.
For all unclaimed shipments, Printful reserves the right to charge you for return shipping, handling, and administration fees.


Returns

If your package arrives visibly damaged, the item may be subject to a claim. Please take photos of package and also the item you have ordered.
Contact info@waygallerysthlm.com immediately if any damage has occurred.
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations.
The item must be returned in original condition and properly packaged.
If the returned package or artwork is received damaged, responsibility lies with the customer or the shipping company used by the customer.

WAY Gallery Sthlm is not liable for damage caused during the return shipping process.

A refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, provided the artwork is confirmed to be in original condition.
Please note:

• Returns are subject to a handling fee of €30 / 300 SEK, deducted from the refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of WAY gallery Sthlm, which could not reasonably have been foreseen, shall be considered force majeure.
In such cases, WAY gallery Sthlm is released from its obligations under the contract.


Miscellaneous

WAY gallery Sthlm reserves the right to change all information on the website without prior notice.
If an item is discontinued, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any prepaid amounts.
We are not liable for typographical errors or discrepancies between product images and actual items.
WAY gallery Sthlm reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.
