WAY gallery Sthlm ships art world wide. Shipping is calculated at check out. 
 
To deliver your order, we need to share certain information with our shipping partners. This includes your first name, last name, address, phone number, and email address. This information is used to ensure successful delivery and to send you notifications regarding your shipment.

If your package appears damaged, please take photographs before opening the package.

If the product is affected, please contact us immediately at info@waygallerysthlm.com.


Our shipping partners include:

UPS, DHL, Prioritaire, Inte Bara Posten, and PostNord.
Estimated delivery times:

• Sweden: 3–10 business days

• EU: 10–20 business days

• Outside EU: 10–30 business days

Unclaimed Packages

Most deliveries are held at your local service point for 14 days. The notification you receive will indicate the holding period. If the package is not collected in time, it will be returned to us.


For all unclaimed shipments, WAY gallery Sthlm reserves the right to charge you for return shipping, administrative, and handling fees.

Returns
 
Customers have the right to return an order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU distance selling regulations. The item must be returned in its original condition and properly packaged. 

A refund will be issued within 14 days of the gallery receiving the returned item, provided that the artwork is verified to be in its original condition.

If the returned package or artwork is received damaged, responsibility lies with the customer who initiated the return, or the shipping company used by the customer.

WAY gallery Sthlm does not take responsibility for damage occurring during return transit due to improper packaging or handling.

Please note:

• Returned items are subject to a return handling fee of €30 / 300 SEK, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping.

• Returns will not be accepted if the item is not in its original condition.
